Our Framework for High Performing Schools

Based on research from Marzano, Bridgespan, MASS Insight, and the AUSL network, we have identified a framework through which we will move all of our schools to high levels of achievement. This framework can be summed up by the acronym PASSAGE. The components of PASSAGE are:

Using PASSAGE as well as the Danielson framework for teacher evaluation and AUSL’s Signature Strategies for classroom management, we have defined three actionable phases of change in our elementary schools, as summarized by the two charts below.  These tools allow us to set goals, measure performance, and create plans for sustained levels of high student achievement.
